As at 30 January, 2010 we would like to announce the merger of TENZO, s.r.o. with its registered office in Plzeň, Tylova 1 / 57, Post Code 316 00, Czech Republic, ID: 26337991 and TENZO Holding a.s. with its registered office in Prague 4, Na Strži 65/1702, Post Code 140 62, Czech Republic ID: 27931552, whereas the legal successor is the company TENZO Holding, a.s. and TENZO, s.r.o. ceased operation.

Status and relationship of customers, suppliers, creditors and debtors of the company TENZO, s. r. o. remain in force; this merger does not change those relationships. The bank account numbers remain in force.
Since 30 January, 2010, all the documentation, in particular, received and issued invoices, delivery notes and orders must contain the new ID and new company name.
At the same time we would like to inform you that the ownership structure of the new company has not been changed and also personnel changes has not be made.
