TENZO always chooses an individualized solution for large customers, derived from common needs in order to fully utilize shared sources of material, machines and labor. All three product series (steel parts, metallurgical materials and Welding consumables) complement each other and provide the customer with manufacturing stability.

TENZO has vast experience in complete outsourcing of material preparation. This gives our larger customers a decrease in incoming material costs, a smooth running production (JIT, KANBAN) and control over price creation.
Mid-sized customer
TENZO also offers an individualized solution for mid-sized customers that are active on the market and sell their products under their own label or as subcontractors for owners of world-renowned labels. These companies often have had machines for the preparation of materials up till now, but in the medium time frame, they are searching for the optimum procedure to handle suddenly increased manufacture, short delivery deadlines and low entrance prices.
TENZO will willingly take over the complete delivery of steel pieces on the bases of cut parts from sheet metal for series and custom piece job orders. This decreases the risk involved with the fluctuation of prices, space becomes available for storing material, creating room for the customer’s main production program. It’s also possible in the event of a lack of qualified labor to retrain current specialists on another type of activity.

Small customer
Customers needing to purchase steel parts on the basis of cut parts only from time to time, and often just few pieces, will certainly find in TENZO a reliable and strong supplier.
Each day, TENZO is capable of producing over 100 pieces in various dimensions and quality, and therefore room can be found fast in the production plan, and in just a few days, the pieces are ready for expedition.
